Some overlooking the river Arno and the Michelangelo hill and David on the top, some others with a view on the red roofs and bell towers, and others facing quiet courtyards on the back of the property like cosy oasis of calm in the heart of the town – all our Apartments are the result of a careful and passionate work of recovery of the original architectures, combining them with classic furniture and modern comforts, for welcoming our Guests into warm, elegant and functional accomodations.

Our Apartments are 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom flats sleeping from 2 up to 4/5 people, with double beds (king or queen size) or twins, living room with sofa-bed(s) and tv corner and dining area with kitchenette fully equipped, and bathroom with shower. In the biggest it is possible to arrange an extra bed for a child or a baby cot, free of charge.

The Living Rooms and Bedrooms have cotto or wooden floors, elegant golden tapestry, clear wooden furniture that perfectly fit with the tables crystal and the light reflections, re-creating around our Guests the charming atmosphere of old Florence.

All our Apartments are provided with a modern kitchenette fully equipped for permitting our Guests a free self-catering or simply to have a tea or coffee independently, in total privacy and relax.

All Bathrooms have been recetly renovated, with Carrara marbles - smoke or salmon or jade coloured. They all have shower, and are provided with high quality towels, courtesy sets and hairdryer.

One of our Apartments, located on ground floor, is accessible to Disabled people too: it is a large One-Bedroom Apartment sleeps 2-4, with doors size and bathroom pursuant to the disabled (special WC and shower with no barrier). The property access is guaranteed by a movable platform to be settled at main entrance to bypass the 2 steps.

At top floor, with views both on the tower and the river, is located our Apartment Deluxe –  a pearl of intimacy ad comfort, with its 2 bedrooms and a cosy living room, and a magnificent panoramic roof-terrace open 360° on the whole Florence city centre ... a breathtaking view to enjoy especially at sunset ... maybe having a drink ... or sunbathing in summer: the terrace is also a wonderful solarium!
