After a careful restyling, the Residence S.Niccolò has perfectly melt together in its Serviced Apartments the classic florentine style – cotto floors (terracotta tiles), frames in walnut and oak wood, golden tapestry... – with all modern comforts – self-regulating heating and air conditioning, video-housephone, direct-dial up telephone and Internet access.. – offering our Guests the privacy and the charme of a true Florence Home together with a high quality service, for spending a very special stay with us – a short time or a long-term stay, either for business or for leisure, with family and children or friends, or just a romantic stay for 2 on the Arno riverside.

Upon arrival our friendly Staff welcomes Guests with kindness and competence, leading them to discover Florence delivering a useful city map together with all information and suggestions concerning monuments, museums and exhibitions, churches and theatres, restaurants and trattorias, shopping centres and old markets.

The Reception is open during office time for any need or information during the entire Guests’ stay; inside the property lives also a Housekeeper who takes care of our Apartments, and who is always on place at Guests’ disposal, even for late check-in or early check-out, 24/24 hours.

The Aparthotel has a Private Parking place just next to the property: it can be reached easily with a private car without entering the Traffic Limited Zone of the historical centre (we are located just outside); and then there is no need to use the car in town: all monuments are within walking distance. The Parking has a limited number of spots, so we recommend to reserve in advance; the cost is Euro 10,00 per day.
